Is there anything that I can not send with my move? Yes there is, in our customs procedures page there is a comprehensive list, but things like firearms, alcohol, animals/livestock, tobacco etc.
How much notice do you need to move us? We can take bookings up to 9 months in advance, but 6 weeks to 2 months is generally enough for a full house move. we usually accommodate smaller part loads in a week or so.
Do you provide a packing service? Yes we can, we have three options. A full pack and wrap service, we will provide all labor and materials to pack and protect you belongings prior to moving. We can supply you the Materials to pack your self, Or you can pack your own boxes. In all of the above options all furniture and larger items are protected with transit blankets, mattress covers and sofa covers.
Is my removal insured? Yes we have goods in transit insurance for removals with a few exclusions

1. Personal items, eg jewellery, precious stones,
trinkets or watches, unless previously declared
and agreed in writing.
2. Valuables, e.g. money, deeds or securities.
3. Collections, e.g. coins and stamps, unless
previously declared and agreed in
writing.
4. Furs, unless previously declared and agreed in
writing.
How long will it take to deliver my furniture to Spain for example? International movement takes between 3 and 8 days depending on which European country you require it to be delivered to.
Can you store our belongings between collection and delivery? Yes, we can offer you free storage for up to 4 weeks ,then for a small charge after that.
Where would my belongings be stored? We have warehouse facilities near Birmingham in the UK and in Murcia Spain.
